Tier 4 — Build

Adaptiv Engine

A custom application for the system that runs your business — a web app with database, authentication, and hosting, or a multi-agent orchestrated workflow. Scoped per engagement.

From $15K

What we build

One Engine engagement = one application. If you need three independent workflows, three Sparks is usually the better shape.

Custom web applications
Database, authentication, hosting, and a domain — anything from a customer portal to an internal ops tool to a bespoke booking, intake, or scheduling system.
Multi-agent orchestrated workflows
Multiple AI agents coordinating across steps, roles, or systems — the natural step up when stacked Sparks hit an orchestration ceiling.
Bespoke integrations
Custom integrations with the software stack you already run — CRM, ERP, accounting, EHR, MLS, whatever's in flight.
Production deployment
Monitoring, runbooks, and a clean handoff to your team. We don't ship and disappear.

How it works

A predictable path from discovery to production.

  1. Discovery

Usually arrives via a prior Compass assessment, a stack of Sparks hitting an orchestration ceiling, or a pre-qualified buyer with a clear spec.

  2. Scoping and statement of work

A written SOW with clear deliverables, milestones, and success criteria before any build work begins.

  3. Phased delivery

Review gates at week 4 and week 8 keep the engagement honest and adjustable.

  4. Typical timeline

4–8 weeks from kickoff to production handoff. Longer engagements scoped individually.

Engagement minimums

Engine is a consultative sale, but the price floor is set so we both know whether the math works before scoping starts.

Starting investment

$15,000

Compass credit

If you've completed a Compass assessment within the last 12 months, your $1,000 credits toward your Engine scoping fee or first invoice (your choice). Credit applies once, to the first follow-on engagement.

Before you engage

Most Engine engagements begin with a Compass assessment — we need clarity on what to build before we can scope it. If you've stacked two or three Sparks and are now hitting the orchestration ceiling, that's also a natural moment to step up to Engine.

If you already have clarity on what you need, start a scoping conversation below. If you don't, the right next step is usually Compass — and we'll say so on the first call.
