$99 a month. No build fee.

One monthly price covers everything: we design and build the site, get your domain live, and keep it healthy — hosting, content updates, monitoring — so it never becomes your second job. Exactly what the monthly does and doesn't cover is spelled out below.

What the $99/mo covers

One flat monthly covers the build and the ongoing care of your site. Set expectations clearly so you know exactly what you're paying for each month.

Included

  • The build itself — a custom site, designed, written with you, and launched
  • Hosting and SSL
  • Up to 4 content updates per month (text/image swaps, new announcements, news posts you provide)
  • Performance and uptime monitoring
  • Security patches and dependency updates
  • Email support, 1 business day response

Out of scope (scoped separately)

  • Structural redesigns
  • New sections or new pages
  • E-commerce
  • Custom integrations

Larger changes are typically scoped as a fresh Presence project or, when AI is in scope, a Spark or Engine build.

What comes after the website

Presence is the foundation. Once you have a working site, Compass can find where AI fits in your business.

Compass reports sometimes recommend a Presence redo — when the existing site is the bottleneck. Presence has no build fee, so there's nothing to credit — the monthly simply starts when the new site does, and your Compass credit stays available for a future Spark or Engine build. Presence questions

Can I bring my own domain?
Yes. We configure DNS on your existing registrar; no transfer required.
What if I need a redesign in 18 months?
Redesigns are scoped separately as a new Presence project. The $99/mo covers ongoing care of the current site, not redesigns.
Why Vercel instead of Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress?
Vercel is what AdaptivVentures.com runs on. It's faster, more secure, and lets us add custom features (forms, analytics, AI integrations later) without platform lock-in. The price is competitive with managed WordPress and the result is meaningfully better.
