How is Compass different from a free consultation?
Compass is a paid engagement with a written deliverable you keep. A free consultation is a sales call. The $1,000 ensures we both take it seriously and gives you real output — a ranked opportunity map with quantified impact and effort — that's useful whether or not you ever work with us again.
Why isn't Spark available without Compass?
Because deploying the right tool depends on understanding the right problem. Compass gets us to the right problem fast. Without it, we'd be guessing about what to build, and neither of us wants that.
