If you need bespoke logic, custom integrations, or multiple orchestrated workflows, that's an Engine engagement. The templating is the feature — it's why Spark works in 3–4 weeks.

The investment

Each Spark is one workflow for one team. If your Compass assessment surfaces two or three deployable opportunities, Sparks stack — each independent, each the same price. Around the third workflow, Engine usually becomes the better economics, and we'll tell you when you're there.

Every Spark includes the build and the documentation to run it. From there, two ways to take delivery. Most owners just want access to a working tool — we host it for $29/mo per tool, which is the tool's keep: managed hosting, monitoring, security updates, and the Claude API usage your team incurs in normal day-to-day use. One predictable number, no separate AI bill. Already have a Claude subscription? We deploy the workflow into your account instead, and there's no monthly at all.

Completed a Compass assessment in the last 12 months? Your $1,000 credits toward your first Spark.

Book a 30-minute scoping call. We'll confirm Spark is the right shape of problem before taking payment — Spark is templated, not bespoke, so it has to fit the pattern.

If it's not a fit, we'll redirect you to Compass or Engine before you spend.

Why can I buy Spark directly now when earlier versions of your offering required Compass first?
Because some buyers walk in already knowing the workflow they want deployed. We added a 30-minute scoping call as a check — if Spark isn't the right shape of problem, we'll redirect to Compass or Engine before taking payment.
Can I deploy Spark across multiple departments?
Each Spark is one workflow, one team. If you need the same workflow rolled out to three departments, that's three Sparks (or, if they share infrastructure and need orchestration, an Engine engagement).
What if my workflow needs custom integrations?
That's Engine territory. Spark uses templated patterns — a Claude-powered tool + curated knowledge base + one workflow. Custom integrations break the templating, which is the feature that lets Spark deploy in 3–4 weeks.
What does the $29/mo per tool cover?
Everything it takes to keep a hosted tool running: managed infrastructure and SSL, monitoring, security and dependency updates, and the Claude API usage your team incurs in normal day-to-day use. You never hold a hosting account or an AI bill — we run the tool and defend it. Fair use applies: sustained heavy or automated usage gets re-scoped, and we'll always talk to you before anything changes.
I already have a Claude subscription — do I need the hosting?
No. We'll deploy the workflow into your own Claude account and hand you the documentation to run it — no monthly at all. The $29/mo applies only when we host the tool for you. Most owners choose hosted access because it's the hands-off option, but it's your call.
